Where is my order?

Your order will go through the following steps after it is placed. You will receive 3 emails:

Order Confirmation;

Shipment Confirmation;

Delivery Status Notification.

Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (EST) (Monday to Friday)

Processing Time: We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. (Monday to Friday)

Order Tracking

For your peace of mind, we offer order tracking on all shipments. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order by visiting Track Your Order. To see the current status and location of your package, enter your tracking number.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 15 business days.

If we experience high volume of orders or severe weather conditions in some areas of the country, deliveries may be delayed for several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: $6.99.

Shipping Methods

We use a variety of carriers including UPS, DHL and FedEx depending on the size of the package, to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.

Change Shipping Address

You may change your shipping address before we process (the package) by contacting us via email.

Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be determined by the customs authority in your country.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to provide global shipping, there are certain locations where we are unable to deliver due to legal or logistical restrictions. If your shipping address falls within one of these restricted areas, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative solutions where possible.

Undeliverable Package

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred in returning or retrieving the package if the package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the package being refused, or other events beyond our control.

Your Package is Wrong/Damaged

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If the item you ordered arrives damaged, we apologize. Please email us at [email protected] with a picture of the damaged item, your order number to help us resolve this issue for you quickly. We will reply to you as soon as possible with an answer!
