A. Return Policy

Order Modifications and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a 24-hour window to modify or cancel an order. Just contact us and if your order is not yet in the process of being fulfilled, we will accommodate your request without any hassle.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days to return your product from the day you receive it from us.
The item must be eligible:
Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Your product must be in its original packaging.
Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
Please contact us via email when you wish to make a return.
Once we have reviewed and approved your return request, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.
B. Refunds Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange for the return and process a full refund for a faulty item. However, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase date, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Refund Methods
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
The refund will be for the purchase price of the item minus any shipping charges, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your item. Once your refund has been issued, please wait until it has been processed and appears on your bank statement.
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before the refund is officially credited.
If you have completed all of these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us so we can better assist you.
Defective Products
We make every effort to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality and free of defects. If the product is defective, please notify us via email and attach a photo of the product.
Quality Assurance
All of our products are quality tested before leaving the factory, so it is very rare for a defective product to be sent to our customers. However, in the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the defect.
Our team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action, ensuring your concerns are promptly addressed.
